Our pieces are safe to come into contact with water.
However, if you have applied cosmetic products or perfume, we recommend waiting for your skin to dry before wearing your jewelry.
Plated surfaces may show slight color changes over time.
Our products are under warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase.
After the warranty period, you can continue to benefit from our workshop’s maintenance and repair services for a lifetime through Meriva Care.
We kindly ask you to inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

You may return any unused and undamaged products within 15 days from the date you received your order.
To initiate the return process, please fill out the return form and contact us via [email protected].
Products sent back without a return request will not be accepted.
Please include your name and order number in your email, and briefly state the reason for the return.
Returned items must be sent in their original box, with tags attached and all packaging elements intact.
If the returned items show signs of use, we may not be able to accept your return request.
We kindly ask you to note your order number on the outside of the shipping box.
Once the package has been shipped, please keep the shipping receipt for your records.
We are unable to accept returns for items received as gifts.
The return shipping cost is covered by us.
Once the returned items are received in full and in proper condition, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days at the latest.
Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, you may place a new order after your return is processed.
